General
1. The artist retains the copyright to the commissioned work.
2. The artist reserves the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
3. The commissioned work is intended for personal use only. It is NOT PERMITTED to reproduce or sell the commissioned work unless a prior agreement has been reached. For commercial inquiries, please contact us at [email protected]
. 4. It is prohibited to use the commissioned work as non-fungible tokens (NFTs), in NFT games, cryptocurrencies, or anything related, without this having been previously discussed with the artist
. 5. It is prohibited to use the commissioned work to train image-based artificial intelligence or to edit it (such as in img2img) using AI tools (such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Novel AI, etc.).
6. The artist reserves the right to publish the commissioned work on social media and/or in their portfolio (it is possible to request that the commission be kept confidential or published at a later date).
7. The artist does NOT claim intellectual property rights to the commissioned work (e.g., the characters, story, setting, and design created by the client).
8. The artist will NOT resell, reproduce, or derive additional profit from the commissioned work.
9. The briefing and references must be submitted by the client within the deadline agreed upon by both parties; if the deadline is exceeded, the deadline will need to be renegotiated or the price adjusted.
10. If the references are not submitted, the artist reserves the right to decide what is best for the illustration based on her experience. If there is no response or feedback from the client within the specified timeframe, the artist may assume that the project has been canceled by the client and will no longer work on the piece.
• You may use the commissioned artwork as an avatar, background, or banner on any website or social media platform, as well as print it, provided it is for personal use
. • You may NOT profit from the commissioned artwork (resale, redistribution), unless it was commissioned for that purpose.You retain the intellectual property (IP) rights. • You may NOT
publish my artwork online claiming it is yours. You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes, unless it was commissioned for that purpose.
You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my consent. You may crop, resize, or flip it, but you may NOT draw over it or remove my signature and publish it online. I’d be happy to send a different version for use as an icon, if you’d like.
Rules for Revisions and Payment
11. You'll have two revisions: The major one on sketch phase so we can sort out the poses.
After the sketch is agreed upon you'll have another revision on the flat colors. I always send wips throughout the process! Any other big revisions after the sketch is agreed upon will be charged based on my working hours.
12. Detailed descriptions and references for your character are greatly appreciated, prices may vary based on that, as already stated on my prices
13. please do not conceal large details or descriptions in the closing budget process hoping for a smaller budget on your commission, any misinformation on the descriptions will be charged
14. Payment can be made in the following ways:
100% in advance, or
50% at the start and 50% before the third revision.
Payments will be made via Paypal, or Wise.
Once the completed form has been sent and the request has been approved, the payment link will be sent by e-mail.
Prices are quoted in U$ dolars.
15. A high-resolution digital file (PNG/JPG/PSD format) will be sent to you, ready for printing, intended exclusively for personal use.
16. The turnaround time will be 2 to 4 weeks (or longer), depending on our workload and the complexity of the order.
17. If you have a specific deadline (or image format), please let me know in advance.
18. Orders are non-refundable unless work has not yet begun.
19. If, for any reason, the artwork cannot be completed, a full refund will be issued.
